Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: CAD $6 on all orders under CAD $100
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over CAD $100 within Canada

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International
